Middlebury Poet Laureate

Welcome to the the page of the Middlebury Poet Laureate and the committee working to fill this position in our town.

The position of poet laureate originated at a meeting of the Middlebury, Connecticut, Board of Selectmen (BOS), on March 4, 2024. The BOS formally endorsed the position, and a committee was established immediately to define the position and advertise it to residents of Middlebury.
